Had my 1st consultation with Dr.Fein last night and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He went over all of my lab results with me and explained everything in detail which made me feel at ease and confident. He gave me a treatment plan and went over all of my concerns. His assistant Lilly I also wonderful always answers my calls ans emails and responded very quickly and was always very polite and nice I will definitely recommend them to friends and family

My anemia has plagued me for as long as I could remember. It just never seemed to go ANYWHERE! Recently, after a life-changing event and repeatedly low blood count panels. The practitioner said to me that I would need a hematologist. Concerned, I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. I made several calls to other hematology professionals and felt only further depleted. Ironically, and out of nowhere, a friend of mine in the Caribbean made contact with Dr. Fein’s office and referred them to me. Lily called and calmed my fears, spoke to me in a caring supportive manner and told me that I would love Dr. Fein. That whole process between the call and appointment was instant. The doctor is personable, he listens and you can’t help but feel that he genuinely cares. Dr. Fein and his team - Lily and Mory, really helped me to get well on my way to a healthier me. Dr. Fein was extremely helpful and comforting. I had many questions and he answered all of them and reassured me that we would find a solution for all my concerns. However, what impressed me most about him was how he wanted to know my life history in order to get a better understanding for my condition, and the problem we were trying to find a solution for. He was willing to go through many years of medical history in order to narrow down a solution and I have rarely experienced such a considerate medical professional

I had a telemedicine visit with Dr. Fein and it was refreshingly comprehensive. Dr. Fein is very personable, open, and thorough. I felt listened to and unrushed. He explained his recommendations and addressed my questions and concerns. He’s also excellent with follow up. I would highly recommend Dr. Fein!
